Accumulated over 3,000,000 total downloads across iOS and Android. Awarded high ratings from tens of thousands of users worldwide (above 4 out of 5). Backend system built to handle high daily network data transfer.
Email Marketing System
An in-house email marketing platform built on Amazon SES for fast, stable, high-volume campaign delivery. Supports bulk sending via CSV, per-recipient content personalisation, scheduling, and unsubscription management.
Detailed job-level statistics track delivery, open rates, failures, and blacklists — all exportable to Excel. Includes 500MB free storage for email assets and technical support during office hours.
POS & Operations
A portable tablet-based POS system that lets staff complete checkout and payment anywhere in the shop. High-end UI/UX combined with a cloud-synced admin panel gives real-time visibility into sales data from anywhere.
Modules include membership tiers and points, coupon and promotion management, appointment booking, staff check-in/out, and comprehensive reporting covering sales, accounting, and attendance.
